I subscribe to content on Steam, launch Arma 3 but the addons/mods I subscribed to are nowhere to be found. Not in the expansion menu, not in my Arma 3 Steam folder I can not even find a thing seaching my entire PC. I started Arma 3 hoping starting it would add subscribed content but it seems that too is not the trick?

I'm trying to download some mods through A3Launcher, but am getting super slow download speeds. The speeds Im getting vary, but are pretty much always below 100Kbps, sometimes I actually get 0Bps download speeds. I download games on steam much faster, with speeds up to 10MBps.
