Ark server hangs on downloading mods

My server is stuck in an infinite restart and every time i try to boot it up it restarts . on Saturday the server started but then there was a mod update and I We are looking into downloading the save to bring back but its alot to

Hi, i'm able to play on servers with mods, but when it's single player, I crash game cache and pretty much testing and re-installing each mods.
